What is New Digital Program

Customized learning according to the culture and skills required by the partner company. Wbrain helps in identifying the best talents, who can be hired at the end of the study period.

Step 1

Program onboarding with access to wBrain mentors and tools to be used; Base track, where the "Soft Skills" are worked; Development initiation and other initiatives ("Hard Skills").

Step 2

Understanding of technologies and processes used by the client; Learning in Agility and technology, based on the reality found; Dynamics of integration and adaptation to the company's culture.

Step 3

Project "In Company": students participate in a real project in the contracting company with mentoring and wBrain tools. Agility in practice, with value deliveries in short cycles (4 sprints of 1 week).

Step 4

Those who stand out the most during the New Digital Program can be hired by the partner company.

Why NDP?

The New Digital Program (NDP) was born from a partnership between two companies specialized in Agility, K21 and wBrain:
